A Sense of Place Enters into an Exciting Partnership Agreement with Goodwill Industries of Southern Nevada, Inc.
Recently, A Sense of Place (“ASOP”) Founder, Payson Cunningham, met with Richard (“Rick”) Neal, the CEO of Goodwill Industries of Southern Nevada (“Goodwill”). As a result of this meeting and continued discussions, ASOP is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Goodwill to further our respective missions of providing assistance and empowerment to low-income or displaced persons in Southern Nevada. Through this partnership, Goodwill is allocating funding and in-kind donations to ASOP to provide low-income or displaced persons with home décor, home organization systems and related services. These donations will help make their living spaces feel more like home. “I can’t express how valuable the support and partnership with Goodwill is to ASOP’s mission; in fact, it will allow us to provide nurturing and well-designed living spaces to at least 60 families over the coming year,” said ASOP Founder Payson Cunningham. Goodwill CEO, Rick Neal, was similarly excited about the partnership, “As a nonprofit destination for people establishing their homes and careers, Goodwill of Southern Nevada is proud to partner with A Sense of Place to provide stability and hope for those in need.”
